Very nice staff, who were all friendly and helpful. The dinner we had was excellent - we both enjoyed it.
Staff very good and attentive, the location was beautiful.
The on suite bathroom was very small and cramped, if I was staying in this room with my wife it would have been quite difficult using the bathroom.
Hotel is located very close to the cliff line. Our room as well as the restaurant was nicely and obviously recently refurbished. Nice seaview from restaurant and our room.
Due to restaurant underneath our room it was quite noisy until midnight.
Very friendly staff who make you feel special and not just another customer.
The menu in the room was not the same as in the restaurant.
The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Elements is a charming place to stay. The food was wonderful and the scenery was absolutely stunning.Cant wait to go back.
The evening meal was superb. I had grilled chicken, my wife and son had pizza. Very good sized portions and great flavour. The room was very well presented.
It is close to the sea with nice views. The staff are very friendly. The rooms were furnished nicely.
Overpriced rooms and dinner. DVD/game selection poor. Cramped bathroom.
it is a well run hotel. a great place to chillax had a wonderful time staff are helpful and friendly, great that there is a gym and sanua. well defo go again.
It was reasonably quiet. It was clean and tidy with a relaxed modern-ish style. Breakfasts were well cooked and the bed was very comfortable. Nice touch a heated towel rail. View was lovely and staff very friendly. I liked it.
No there was nothing to dislike apart from it getting a bit hot and stuffy from being in the eaves. The door did rattle when the window was open so I had to wedge some paper in it to stop the noise......but I expect that could easily be put right.
The staff were attentive but not obtrusive and the location is perfect.
The food was fantastic - both dinner and breakfast. Location on top of cliffs looking over sea was v good. Nice sauna and gym. Very enjoyable stay overall.
The bedroom could have been cleaner. Furnishings in the room were a little sparse, althought they did have an LCD TV and a Playstation. They would not let us check in till 4pm event though we arrived at 1.30pm after a very long drive. I am sure a room must have been ready by then as checkout was 10am.
A nice clean place,great views,great walks,great bed, great food & a great sauna I recommend this place ggrrrreeeaat .
Only two showers in the gym but one not working .
Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Great location, perched on a cliff top.
A bit noisy - I asked for a quiet room, however was placed above the restaurant. From about 6.30pm I could hear the music being played - not extremely loud, but enough to make it unrelaxing. After 8.30 when the restaurant was full in addition to the music, there was a lot of noise from the people using the restaurant. I asked to be moved and the manager was very accommodating and moved me to another room. This was above the kitchen, and whilst much better than the first room, was still a bit noisy. It's a shame, as this was my only gripe about the hotel. I guess they should have sound-proofed the rooms. I would recommend this hotel, but if you're bothered by noise then maybe somewhere else would be better.
The views were really lovely, an ideal location for coastal walking, not too far for a walk into town either.
Elements is situated right on the coast in a very accessible location. Hotel staff were warm and friendly and were always readily available to offer help and assistance. The staff and owner made us feel very welcome and we felt very comfortable for our entire stay. The rooms were clean and well presented with very comfortable beds. The hotel has its own an Italian restaurant which we ate in a few evenings of our stay. There was a good selection and always a specials board offering foods from the local area. The meals we had were excellent and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we would most certainly stay there again.
